St Paul Residence

St. Paul’s is a six-storey, 54-unit residential building featuring 50 condos and 4 townhomes in Kelowna’s Cultural District. The project utilizes wood-frame construction with a split-level parkade to efficiently accommodate parking while maximizing livable space. Structural systems were carefully coordinated to support multiple terraces, recessed balconies, and top-floor private decks, while maintaining open and functional interiors.
