R+A Engineering provided structural engineering for the new 35,000 ft² Coldstream Elementary School, designed to meet LEED® Gold standards and integrate seamlessly with the surrounding community. The building combines wood and concrete block construction, with a striking mass timber entry canopy that highlights sustainable design principles.
